Poster Compliance Center Advises U.S. Employers That New Federal Minimum Wage Poster Is Not a Required Change

“The 2007 revision of the minimum wage poster, reflecting the 2007 amendments to the Fair Labor Standards Act, is still valid,” according to the DOL Wage & Hour Division website. The Poster Compliance Center Research Department has also confirmed this information directly with the Wage and Hour Division.
