Are There Protections For Employees To Gather In A Conference Room For Prayer?

Do employees have rights to gather for prayer at work? A supervisor tells you that five Muslim employees on his team would like to gather together for prayer. Until now, the employees prayed at their individual work stations. There is a team meeting room on the work floor but the supervisor is not sure if he should offer that space to the employees. He’s still not sure letting them pray at their work stations is the right thing to do. What should you tell him?
