Form I-9: All employees (citizens and non citizens) hired after November 6, 1986, and working in the United States must complete the Form I-9.  The Form I-9 must be retained by the employer for a specified period of time.

Affirmation of Legal Work Status: Each employer in Colorado shall affirm that the employer has examined the legal work status of such newly-hired employee and has retained file copies of the documents.
