D. R. Horton Cited for OSHA Fines

OSHA fines could apply to both prime contractors and its subcontractors. The agency cited home builder D.R. Horton of Greenwood Village, Colorado, along with four subcontractors, for safety violations resulting from a fall hazard inspection at a Parker, Colorado worksite. Proposed penalties for all employers at the worksite total $93,640.  Remember, prime contractor might have exposure if OSHA violations sited.
